Business

The problem and commercial reason

The garage side and the client side have different needs. Garages need quoting, scheduling, job coordination, hand-offs, and visibility. Clients need a simple way to request services, follow progress, and understand what is happening with their vehicle.

  • Separated the garage operator workflow from the client experience so each side can be designed around its real job.
  • Focused the web platform on sales flow, quoting, scheduling, job tracking, and repeatable delivery.
  • Focused the client app on requests, clarity, updates, and a smoother service experience.
Workflow

How the work moves

Parvena framed ProDetailer as a connected operating system with two surfaces: a web platform for garages and an app experience for clients. The product separates internal operational control from the customer-facing journey while keeping both connected.

  1. Client request or lead enters the product through the customer-facing side.
  2. The garage qualifies the vehicle, service need, package fit, and quote from the web platform.
  3. Scheduling, job details, status, and hand-offs move through the garage workflow.
  4. The client app receives the customer-facing updates and keeps the experience simple.
Tech

The systems behind it

The technical work was treated as part of the business system, not as a separate build. The goal was to make the workflow easier to operate, support, and extend.

  • Separate web platform and client app architecture for different user roles.
  • Structured customer, vehicle, quote, job, and status concepts for operational clarity.
  • Business-facing interface direction for garage teams using the platform repeatedly.
  • Client-facing app direction for request, status, and service communication flows.
  • Future-ready foundation for dashboards, notifications, customer portals, and automation.
Outcome

What changed

The project became a clearer two-sided product system: one side for garages to run the work, and one side for clients to interact with the service.
